He is survived by: his wife Andrea LaPietra; his sons, Anthony (Nancy) and Michael (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Matthew, Dominick and Gianna.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a veterans' organization or Memorial Sloan Kettering in Anthony's memory.
