Charles Vaughan Pittignano Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Vaughan Pittignano of New City, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent R. Pittignano and Mary S. (LoPresti); and his siblings, Janet Carriello and John. He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Raspanti; his children, Suzanne Zavarella (Paul), Vincent, Alex (Marie) and Leanne Moltzen (Michael); and his siblings, Anna Maria Direnno (late Richard S.) and James Pittignano (Rose). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dorsey Funeral Home Inc. (14 Emwilton Pl, Ossining, NY 10562). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Augustine's Church (381 N Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charles's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children, or a charity of your choice.
