He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd H. Burnham and Grace Burnham; and his siblings, Jack Burnham and Kathleen Burnham. He is survived by : his wife Beverly; his children, Bryan (Tara), Kris (Haylee) and Dana Sally (Sam) of Yorkville; his stepson Michael Hines of New Hartford; his grandchildren, Phoenix Sally, Ember Sally, Andrew Burnham and Jacob Burnham; his siblings-in-law, MaryAnn Parker (Don) of Sandy Pond, NY and Jeff; and his close friends, Clark Mosher, Bill Frieberger, Dave Reynolds and Bill Wren.
