He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Breheny and Marion Cleary Breheny; and his siblings, Daniel P. Breheny III and Marion Toro. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Davis; his daughters, Jennifer (Chris DeWitt) and Erin (Chris Cortese); his grandchildren, Allison Muia, Joey Muia and Lia DeWitt; his sons-in-law, Nick Cortese and Addison Cortese; his brother Timothy; and his sister-in-law Trudy Breheny. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph & St. Patrick Church (702 Columbia St, Utica, NY 13502).
