He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Fanelli and Lena Palmisano Fanelli; his son Peter John Fanelli; his brother George Fanelli (Anita); his daughter-in-law Mary Fanelli; and his in-laws, Dan Cozza (Sarah), Paul Cozza (Rose), David Cozza (Josephine), Mary (Frank), Tomaino, John Cozza (Ann) and Caroline Kukla (John).

He is survived by: his friends, Bill Morris, Humbert Colucci and Tom Walker.
