He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Philo and Dorthy Philo; and his brothers, David Philo and Gerald Philo. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Green (Bernard), Robert Philo (Sue) and Raymond; his stepdaughters, Deborah Dodge and Sue Minio; his grandchildren, Kim, Allison, Christopher, Patrick, Katie and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Jack, Ellie, Laeklyn, Kieran, Jordan and Austin; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Philo (Florida) and Janet Schoen (Whitesboro). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
