He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cleveland and Doris Cleveland (Smith); and his wife Roberta Cleveland. He is survived by: his children, Michael Cleveland (Liz), Mark Cleveland, Matthew Cleveland (Laurie), Lisa Cleveland and Debra (Pat).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that contributions in honor of Tom may be made to Vermillion Cemetery, 163 Johnson Road, Mexico, NY 13114.
