She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Klubinski and Rosemary Klubinski; and her husband Brian Jerram. She is survived by: her daughter Lauren; her son-in-law Brian; her grandson Patrick; and her brother Ted Klubinski.

Donations can be made in Annette's name to the Best Friends Animal Society, or the American Cancer Society.
