He was predeceased by : his wife Carol Monte; his parents, Vito Cilmi and Concetta Cilmi; his sisters, Sylvia and Mary Cilmi; and his uncle John Lentini.

He is survived by : his children, Dominique, Anthony (Andrea) and Frank Sinatra; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Daniel, Alina, Andrew and Christopher.
