We bid farewell to Janet Capodicasa of New Hyde Park, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 31, 2025 at the age of 77. Janet touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Anna Smith. She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Princenthal and Joe Capodicasa; her children-in-law, Jordan and Melissa; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Giuliana, Rebecca and Robert.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Homes - New Hyde (125 Hillside Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY 11040). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
