“My condolences to family and friends of John. I knew him while working along side him in NYPD Emergency Truck 1 in the late 70’s easy 80’s. He was an easy going happy individual. Loved his job my two memories were when he got hair plugs and it hurt for him to laugh !The other was a 4x12 following a pursuit. We were listening to the pursuit and targeting in to intercept. Well we did just that. John made a turn and there he was hit them head on ( not intentionally). God bless you!”
