It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Hoffmann of New Hyde Park, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 6, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, F. Howard Hoffmann and Carmen Hoffmann. She is survived by : her husband Gary Wozniak; her siblings, Tom of Atlanta, Richard of Longmont and Maryellen of Amityville; and her nephews, Chad (Joanna), Joe, Tommy, Billy Hoffmann of Longmont and Joey.
