She was predeceased by: her husband Rudy; her parents, Jack Delaney and Marion Delaney; and her brother Jack. She is survived by: her children, Rudy (Mary Lynn), Rich (Amelia Duroska), Randy (Coco) and Maureen (Dennis Fisher); her daughter-in-law Josephine (Gary Mazur); her grandchildren, Daniel, Erin, Melissa, Matt, John, Rob, Kaitlyn, Connor, Danny, Bethany, Michael, Mya, Randy, Milan, Kevin and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Holden, Cormac, Parker, Logan, Callum, Nathan, Griffin and Jack Roman; her brother Brian Delaney; her niece Dorothy; and her nephew Tim. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Sheila's honor may be made to Notre Dame Church in New Hyde Park, the Mineola Fire Department (Att: Gary Mazur), or Memorial Sloan Kettering.
