He is survived by: his wife Pomella Downer; his daughters, Andrea Downer of Highland, NY, Annette McKay (Paul) of Hudson, NY, Loraine Downer of New Paltz, NY and Patricia Downer of New Paltz, NY.; his granddaughters, Rochelle, Adriana, Monique, Chelsea and Sofia; and his great grandchildren, Matthew and Mya.
