She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mazzotti and Marie Mazzotti of Miami, FL.; her husband Dr. Peter T. Janulis; and her brothers, Frank Mazzotti, Jr. and Roland Mazzotti.

She is survived by: her children, Lori, Karen and Ted; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Julian, Matthew, Elizabeth, Catherine, Peter, Helena and Christina; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Alexia, Christopher, Madelyn, Aurora, Lydia, Dmitri, Aerith and Alexandra.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Metropolitan Opera or the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
