He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Julino Frasca; his son Anthony Frasca; his sister Karen Frasca Cerreta; his sister-in-law Janet Hyde (Joseph Altieri); his sister Diane Frasca Jenicek; his nephew Thomas Hyde; and his parents, Anthony Frasca and Mary Frasca. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
