He was predeceased by : his parents, J. Stanley Perdew and Laura Perdew (Boese); his son Scott; his brothers, Robert and David; and his nephews, Mikey Mooney and Robert Perdew.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Straehle; and his son Buddy. He is also survived by seventeen nieces, nephews many great nieces and nephews and countless cousins and friends.
