With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A Cutter of New Windsor, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hughes and Madeline Hughes; and her husband Richard W. Cutter. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Rueckert (Michael), Jennifer Brady (James) and Amy Bubenicek (William); her grandchildren, Emily, Bridget, William, Christine, Michael and Brendan; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Madeline, Christopher and Liam; her sister-in-law Rosemary; her niece Kathe; and her nephews, Sean and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society of Blooming Grove or Habitat for Humanity in Barbara's memory.
