O'Keeffe, Sr.; her children, Leslie O'Keeffe of Rock Hill, NY, Darlene O'Keeffe of Lancaster, CA, Denis J. O'Keeffe, Jr. of Kingston, NY and William T. O'Keeffe (Michelle) of Goshen, NY; her grandchildren, Alex, Liam, Katie and Sofia O'Keeffe; and her siblings, Uschi, Renata of Germany and Peter Kusch of Germany.
