He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Forster; his stepbrother Patrick Warden; his grandson Keith Schultz; and also Michael (Grace). He is survived by: his wife Grace Morgese; his children, John Schultz Jr. (Nancy) and Melissa Mangelli (Louis); his daughter-in-law Sherrie Schultz; his grandchildren, Nicole Schultz, Jennifer Angot (Andre), Christopher Schultz-Finely (Maxwell), Lauren Burks (Julian) and Megan Scott (Ian); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Chloe Angot and Nevaeh Caldwell Schultz; and his pet Dash Mangelli.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc. (481 Gidney Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi (145 Benkard Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (5469 Rte 9W, Newburgh, NY 12550).
