He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren and Joyce; and his brother Kurt. He is survived by: his daughter Lyndsee; his former wife Christine; and his siblings, Donal, Jeth, Tim, Lee and Lori. He is also survived by aunt Cookie; and numerous cousins.
