He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Witkowski and Tony Witkowski; his brother Steven Witkowski; his uncle John Witkowski (Ann); and his cousin Bobby Witkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Felicia Witkowski; his in-laws, Sofia, Wassim, Anna, Blay, Susan, Lubia, Bill, Marce and Mike; and his cousins, John Witkowski (Caren) and Mikey Witkowski (Jeanie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
