He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Clegg, Jr. and Bernice Clegg (Farber). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Clegg (Hofman); his sons, Thomas J. Clegg, IV and Brian M. Clegg of New Windsor, NY; and his siblings, Dennis Clegg, Maureen Clegg and Madeline Clegg.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home Inc. (337 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520).
Thomas would pass down his knowledge of first aid that he was taught & certified at the American Heart.
