He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Trunfio and Nancy Bagnato Trunfio; and his siblings, Anthony Trunfio, Marian Clendennen, Joseph Trunfio, Frances Craska, Angela Kistowski, Daniel Trunfio of Trunfio's Restaurant and Nancy Greco.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Siegwart); his children, Carol Thomas (Donald) of Bridgewater, Michael Jr. (Karen) of Clinton, David of Utica and Christine Rooney (Tom Sabido) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Jennifer Deserre of Frankfort, Justin Rooney of Philadelphia, Kylie Trunfio of Syracuse, Erin Rooney of Rochester, Alexis Trunfio and Gianna Trunfio of Syracuse; his great grandchildren, Broc and Giulianna Deserre of Frankfort; his sisters-in-law, Lucille Sellars of New Hartford and Joan Ryan of Trumbull, CT; and his goddaughter Darlene Karam of Utica. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
