He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Gubbins; and his parents, Welton Gubbins and Pauline Gubbins. He is survived by: his children, Dawn, Lisa Gubbins and Kevin Gubbins (Rachel) of Westmoreland; his grandchildren, Emily, Alina Gubbins, James, Amanda Marchesani, Gabriella and Paul Lafond; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Paul Joseph and Lucas; and his cousin Sandy Gubbins. He is also survived by many other family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Myslinski, Kowalczyk & Nunn Funeral Directors (284 Main St, New York Mills, NY 13417). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Heart & St. Mary Our Lady of Czestochowa Church (201 Main St #1, New York Mills, NY 13417).
