He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Mercier Berard and Wesley Berard, Sr.; his siblings, Wesley Berard, Jr., Roland Berard and Dolores Berard Beaco; his wife Sandra; his sisters-in-law, Camilla Berard of Houston, TX, Linda Lovett of New York, NY and Sarah Lovett of Columbia, SC; and his nieces, Yolande (Jeff), Harden of Reno, NV, Bridgette (Genarrow), Patton of Houston, TX, Kimberly Murphy of Houston, TX and Cheryl Green (Iraq). He was also cherished by great-great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
