He was predeceased by: his parents, William Haynie and Carrie Black Haynie; his grandchild Tajah; and his siblings, Mary Nell Mercer, Julia Hagan, Bessie Smith, William Haynie, Jr., Joe Haynie, Ray Haynie, Hugh Haynie and Bobby Haynie.
He is survived by: his daughter Deitra Haynie Chambers of Clearwater, Fla.; his grandchildren, Hakeem and Bryce; his sister Shirley McKay (Johnny) of Rialto, CA.; and his sister-in-law Nettie Haynie of Kannapolis, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Due to Covid-19, masks are appreciated if worn in all services.
