Charles Gross Obituary

Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kritzman Gross and Evelyn Freeman Gross. He is survived by: his wife Joan DuBrow Gross; his daughter Emily Gross O'Neil; his son-in-law Doug Hatfield; his brother John; his sister-in-law Ila Gross; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Lila and Caden. He is also survived by nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephew.
In honor of Charlie's love of music, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Charles H. Gross Scholarship Fund at New England Conservatory.
