He is survived by: his wife Eva Pei Hwa Chow; his children, Elizabeth Foo, Dao-Yi Chow and Desiree Chow; his children-in-law, Canis Chow and Billy Tsui; and his grandchildren, Cassandra Foo, Vivienne Foo, Kent Foo, Idriys Ali-Chow, Azlan Chow, Mason Tsui and Marcus Tsui.
