She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Amy Huling Schilling (John), Leslie Myers and Susan Huling; her grandchildren, John "Jack" Atkins, Abigail Schilling Dickmeyer (Jason), Henry Atkins (Sheena), Madeleine Schilling and Maximillian Atkins (Paola); her great grandchild Juliet Atkins; and her sister Deborah Scase Dexter (Ron). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Demaine Funeral Home (520 S Washington St, Alexandria, VA 22314). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
