He was predeceased by: his son Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay (Masterson); his sons, Christopher Kay of New York, N. Y., Eugene Kay (Jane) of Plymouth, Minn and Clinton Kay of Boulder, Colo.; his daughter-in-law Melanie Kay of Millerton; his grandchildren, Emily, Jessie, Alexander, Alycia, Gabrielle and Genevieve Kay; Clinton.
