With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Lee Richards of New York, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cooper and Onie Crisp Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Reverend Clarence L. Richards, Jr. (Celeste), Perry Richards, Toni Richards Jackson (Melvin) and Mark Richards; her siblings-in-law, Thomas Miles and Sabrina Corbett; her siblings, Ruby Cooper, Onie Louise Cooper Richards, Shirley Ann Cooper Riley, Patricia Miles and Daniel Corbett; and her grandson Corey Torain. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
