She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonifacio Aponte and Angelina Aponte. She is survived by: her husband Jorge A. Bolaños of Savannah; her children, Daisy Rodríguez-Morgan (Lyle) of Guyton, GA and Jorge L. Bolaños (Angie) of Savannah; her grandchildren, Steve Rodríguez, Samantha Bermudez, Andrew Bolaños, Morgan Via and Jorge J. Bolaños; her great grandchildren, Isabelle Bolaños, Oliver Bolaños, Kathryn Via and Emma Via; and her siblings, Ana Ramos, Teresa Aponte Delgado, Carlos Aponte, Hector Aponte (Wiso), Bonifacio Aponte Jr., Rafael Sanchez Jr., Gloria Sanchez and David Sanchez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
