She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lair and Nora Beneway (Smith); her husband Stephen P. Kondor; her granddaughter Sarah Brett; her brothers, Robert Beneway, Paul Stoddard Beneway and Samuel Beneway of Florida; and her son-in-law Daniel Lane Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Power (John) of New Paltz, Susan Kraehmer (Steffen) of Plattekill, Debra Lane, Wendy Brett (Martin) of Mt. Marion and Stephen P. Kondor, Jr. (Pamela) of Poughkeepsie; and her sister Ruth Beneway of Port Ewen. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
