He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Ramos and Tomasa Arroyo; and his siblings, Pedro Julio, Luis, Alberto, Juan, Miguel, Cecilia, Carmen and Monina.
He is survived by: his wife Eleida Ramos; his daughters, Frances Ramos-Rosa of Winter Haven, FL and Nydia Debien (Ed) of Winter Haven, FL; his sisters, Iluminada and Delfina; his son-in-law Anthony Rosa; his grandchildren, Helen, Haley, Ashley and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Marianna and Ian.
