He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Karak and Pavla Karak; and his siblings, John Karak and Anastasia Turna. He is survived by: his wife Livia Karak; his daughter Livia Polanski; his son-in-law Roman; his daughter Lorraine Szluka; his son-in-law David; and his grandsons, Ronald and Richard.
