He is survived by: his siblings, Janine Fields (Jones) of Suffolk, VA, Laurence Fields (Liza Michelle) of Florida, Crystal Fields of Florida and Sterling Fields (Navonda) of Florida; his children, Shanta, Derrick, Crystal, Jarrett, Patrick, Jonathan and Danesha; his aunt Jackie; his close friend Al; his wife Letitia Stevens-Fields; his sisters-in-law, Lynette and Danielle (Anthony); his aunts, Delores Watson of Maryland and Jacquetta Williams (Johnel); his child La Von; and his grandchildren, Cory, Lyndon, Nova, Estella, Alaya, Millani and Pilot.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sorensen Funeral Home (3180 30th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713).
