She was predeceased by: her parents, Eftihia Riskaki and Haralambos Riskaki. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Arakas; her children, Toula (Themis) and Stamati (Paula); her grandchildren, Konstantinos, Eleni Pappas, Irene Arakas, Nicole, George Drallios, Nicholas, Sylvia Arakas and Zoe; her great grandchildren, Themi, Thanasi, Nicholas, Athena Valendena and Cleo; and her siblings, Maria, Kalliopi, Stellios and Panayioti. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 302 West 91st Street, New York, NY 10024, in honor of Irini's lifelong faith and devotion to her beloved parish.
