She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucia Ortiz and Gilberto Torres; her brother Ramon Baez; her husband Efrain Pacheco; and her son-in-law Anibal Miranda.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Ortiz (Alfredo), Lucy Pacheco and Maria Ay (Werner); her grandchildren, Lisa Santiago (Jose), Jessica Ortiz Robinson (Kevin), Wilfredo Morales (Aryan), Thomas Ortiz (Tiffani) and Anibal Miranda Jr. (Zara); her great grandchildren, Kermit Rodriguez, Lucielle Rodriguez, Angelica Santiago, Jazmin Santiago, Olivia Robinson, Reagan Robinson, Isabella Sylver, Tyler Ortiz, Eden Ortiz, Ashton Miranda, Ashley Miranda and Mariana Miranda; and her siblings, Raul Torres, Angela Rodriguez, Antonia Baez, Ada Baez and Jeanette Baez. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, grand nieces and grand nephews, and a host of other relatives, neighbors.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (4600 Belle Terre Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
