He was predeceased by : his parents, Salvatore Emmi and Lillie Emmi. He is survived by : his son Troy (Sandra) of Sandy Hook, CT; and his granddaughters, Kayla and Skylar.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
