She was predeceased by: her father Ludlow Scott; and her stepfather Rev. George E. Hill. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Hill; her significant other Jean D. Jacques Simon; her close friend Jean D. Jacques Simone; her children, Christopher Cocking (Rossana) and Natasha Shivers (Brent); her grandchildren, Julian Cocking, Alessandro Cocking, Tatiana Shivers and Tamia Shivers; her siblings, Arthur Scott, Anne Culler (Albert) and Tracy De'Chabert (Juan); her stepmother Willie Mae Daney; and her friend Harlem. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous relatives.
