He is survived by: his children, John Eric (Betty) and Shameka; his wife Cynthia; his stepson Derek; his mother Etta; his brother Lamont; his grandchildren, Rameeka, Jamar, Tatyana, Dyniqua, Albert, Norman and Jahmiere; his great grandchildren, Roamn and Meilani; his nieces, Devoria and Shamone; his nephew Shaequan; his aunts, Rumell Brown, Elease Spell, Charlotte Hunter and Maggie Primus; his friend Richard Carter; and his close friend Vanessa Frazier (Shonna Robinson). He is also survived by cousins, friends.
