He is survived by: his siblings, Kristen Karl (Bryan) of Belmont, NY and Brian Jacobs; his sister-in-law Beth Ann Jacobs of Hornell; and his nieces, Brianna Shafer (Mike) and Vanessa Jacobs of Hornell, NY.. He is also survived by his family and closest friends.
