She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Elmer and Mildred Woodard Clark Ballentine; her sister Caroline; her brothers-in-law, Howard, Donald, Roy and Lucian; and her parents-in-law, Lenard and Bernice Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Allen A. Cooper; her children, Dina Lacoss (Tiger), Kelly Manasco (John), Michael Cooper, Kimberly Stewart (Robert), Jeffery Cooper (Cindy) and Patricia James (Jeremy); her pet Marcy; and her siblings, Donna, Rosy, Kenneth, Paula, Sheryl, Danny and Chuck. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, brother and sister in laws.
