She was predeceased by : her parents, Murray Blitz and Dorothy Blitz; and her husband Maximilian Lerner. She is survived by : her brother Marvin Blitz (Nancy); her children, Jill Beraud (Kerry), Douglas Kaufman (Susan), Jon Kaufman (Jenny Gribbin), David Lerner (Laurie), Shereen Lerner (Robert Miller) and Thomas Lerner (Kirsten Erickson); her grandchildren, Matthew, Talia, Nicole, Michelle, Allyssa (Connor), Ben, Steve, Katie (Luke), Noah, Lucas (Nicole) and Willa; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell and Miriam.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the UJA in memory of Lenore Lerner.
