She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Stratford Corbett and Dolorita Wallace (Fitzgerald); her husband William Doyle Powers; her siblings, Julia Georgi, Dolorita Moore and Stratford C. Wallace; and her siblings-in-law, Joanne Wallace and James Moore, Sr..

She is survived by: her sons, William Corbett Powers (Jennifer) of Summit and Christopher Doyle Powers (Kelly) of Darien, Connecticut; her brother William F. Wallace of Greenwich, Connecticut; her sister-in-law Kathleen Wallace of Greenwich, Connecticut; and her grandchildren, Katherine, Luke, Nicholas, Crosby and Nola Powers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
