She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. George Benstock and Betty Benstock; and her husband Dr. Arthur I. Snyder. She is survived by: her sister Linda Benstock Kleet; her children, Eric Charles Berkeley (Molly Buchholz) of New York City and Nancy Berkeley Bynum (Frank K. Bynum, Jr.) of New York City; her grandchildren, Frank Kitchell Bynum III, Georgia, Leila Parsons Bynum and Dylan Jean Berkeley; her stepdaughters, Dr. Margaret I. Hamilton (Robin Hamilton) of New York City and Dr. Katherine V. Snyder (R. Timothy Culvahouse) of Berkeley, CA; and her children, Rebecca Derwent Hamilton, Emily Sarah Hamilton, Jessie A. Hamilton, Sasha Culvahouse, Theo Culvahouse and Tina.
