He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brokaw and Helen Lee Brokaw (Peterson); and his nephew Justin Warner. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Zigmont (Bill), Debby Brandon (Jeff), Bradley Brokaw (Susan) and Christina Nelson (Brett). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mark served as the former Artistic Director of Yale Institute for Music Theater and was the past president of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation.
