We announce the death of Marta Danyluk of New York, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 96. Marta’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bohdan Fostiak and Olha Fostiak. She is survived by: her husband Roman Danyluk; her sons, Oleh Danyluk (Christina) and Andrij Danyluk; and her grandchildren, Lesia Danyluk (Dylan Markowitz), Yuri Danyluk and Roman Danyluk.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home (168 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church (21 Shonnard Pl, Yonkers, NY 10703). A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery (280 Main St, South Bound Brook, NJ 08880).
