He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan J. Meadows; his parents, E. John Matheron and Virginia L. Matheron (Carpenter); his son Brian Matheron of West Virginia; and his stepchildren, Jennifer A. Castagna of Fairhaven and R. Phillip Castagna of Los Angeles, CA..
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Nature.org would be a wonderful memoriam for Michael. This charity acts to preserve the environment and wildlife, notably including moose.
